Monday, January 15, 2018

On Monday, January 15, from 10am-2pm, new students who couldn’t make it to AC Start will be offered an opportunity to access AC Tours and important services in a one-stop-shop setting in the Corner Lounge (behind Starbucks in Student Commons). Think Apple store — this will be a similar concept.

There are four timeslots available (spaces are limited). Please choose the one that best fits your schedule.

Services and information that will be on site include:

  • Financial Aid and Student Awards (OSAP, bursaries, and scholarships)
  • Online tools (Blackboard, ACSIS, email, Wi-Fi, and eTexts)
  • Timetables

Please bring your own device (BYOD – tablet, laptop, etc.).

Register for January 15

Get your AC Card and U-Pass (transit card)

Get your U-Pass and AC Card at Marketplace Food Court on Monday, January 15, from 10am-4pm. You can have your photo taken and both cards will be printed right away. Want to beat the lines? You can submit your photo online 48 hours in advance (not including weekends) and head to the Express Line on January 15 to pick up your printed cards. (Returning students do not need to submit a new photo.) Learn more on the Card Services website.

Parking

If you have purchased an Algonquin parking permit, please park in your designated area (Lot 8, 9, or 12). If you do not have a permit, limited parking will be available in the Visitor’s Parking Lot (Lot 7), for a fee. Click here for Parking Map.
